Astrology Student Conference, 21-22 June 2008, Resource Centre, 356 Holloway Road


We're delighted to announce the first ever Astrology Student Conference, taking place this June. We've designed the programme to feature talks for students of all levels. More details can be downloaded from Quick Links at the bottom of our Home page. Speakers in alphabetical order:

Summer Term Start Dates (all events take place at Friends House, Euston)

Foundation (beginners) classes start back on Tuesday 29 April from 7pm to 9.30pm. 10 Tuesdays a term (Term 3 ends 1 July).

CURRENT MOON

Diploma (Year 1) weeknight classes start back on Wednesday 30 April from 7pm to 9.30pm. 10 Wednesdays a term (until 2/7), or Diploma (Year 1) weekend seminar-style classes on Saturday 3 May from 10.30am to 4.30pm. 5 Saturdays a term. Term 3: 3/5, 17/5, 31/5, 14/6, 2865.

Diploma (Year 2) seminars start back on Saturday 10 May from 10.30am to 4.30pm. 5 Saturdays a term. Term 3: 10/5, 24/5, 7/6, 21/6, 5/7.

Astrology and Palmistry: Two new introductory seminars with Frank Clifford in July 2008

These one day seminars are self-contained introductions to the subjects for beginners. Astrology (focusing on the Sun, Moon and Ascendant and the Zodiac signs): Saturday 12 July, 10.30am to 4.30pm. Birth Chart included in the price (please send your birth details with your application). Palmistry (focusing on aspects that are easy to apply): Saturday 19 July, 10.30am to 4.30pm. Diploma and Certificate Exam News

The new-style Diploma Assignments consist of the following: two compulsory essays, one compulsory Self-Supervision Report and consultation, and three further essays from a choice of seven questions. Please email the office for full details admin@londonschoolofastrology.co.uk. The LSA is a full member of the APAI, enabling LSA Diploma holders to apply for APAI membership (which includes opportunities to be on their list of practitioners and obtain professional liability insurance).

Students wishing to take the LSA Certificate Exams will sit the Interpretation paper (sat at home) in April each year, and the Technical paper (at the LSA Exam centre) in early July. The application deadline for the exams can be found on the Exams page.
